At SlimCider+, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided through the courier's website.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our shipping options to international destinations in the future.
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
