7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SlimCider+ purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Your Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. However, please note that this right does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened with all seals intact
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Important: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team
  6. Include your order number and return authorization number in the package

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by our error
  • Items returned without original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Products that show any signs of use
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless otherwise stated)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
