7-Day Exchange Policy

At SlimCider+, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your product, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange
  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team

Exchange Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchange will be processed, and a replacement product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Products that show signs of use or damage
  • Products purchased during special promotional periods (unless otherwise stated)

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your exchange.
